Agreement
By accessing or using WishDock, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your device, sign-in credentials, and private links. Information you provide must be accurate and lawful.
Acceptable use
You may use WishDock for personal wishlist and gift-planning purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload it, distribute malware, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JaysApps a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve WishDock. You are responsible for having the right to submit and share your content. Public or bearer-link content may be seen by anyone who receives its link.
Third-party products and services
WishDock may link to retailers and use information supplied by third parties. JaysApps does not sell the listed products, control retailer availability, or guarantee that prices, images, descriptions, shipping, or stock information are current. Purchases from third parties are governed by their terms, return policies, and privacy practices.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features offered through Apple's App Store are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's purchase terms. Available products, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund handling are shown by the App Store at purchase time. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve WishDock. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot promise that every feature will always be available.
Termination
You may stop using WishDock and delete your account at any time. JaysApps may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, WishDock is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free product information, successful gift coordination, or continued availability of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JaysApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of WishDock. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for WishDock during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as WishDock changes. Revised terms will be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
